My company uses NetExtender for SSLVPN to our SonicWall device so end users can work remotely. This is working fine except for with one particular user.
Windows 10
User can not connect via NetExtender - "Server cannot be found" error
User can not ping the SonicWall's WAN IP, no reply
Browsing to the WAN IP in the browser returns a "connection refused" error
Have tested from multiple different internet connections, including home internet, and mobile hotspot.
Also cannot ping the SonicWall's WAN IP from within the corporate network, but can ping it's LAN IP.
Problem is isolated to this one user, other users in the same office have no issue
We also have a second office that runs SSLVPN through NetExtender, and this user *can* ping that other office's SonicWall WAN IP, and *can* browse to that SonicWall's WAN IP via the browser.
Any ideas?
