I'm having issues with my thumbprint db on my Sonicwall ESA and Sonicwall has been absolutely no help whatsoever. I followed all of the steps to rebuild the DB, took our content filter out of the equation, rebooted every device in between us and the public internet and still no luck. Would resetting the appliance to factory settings and then reloading the config possibly fix this issue?
