I am in need of some serious help. Here is the scoop:
Current hybrid environment with Exchange 2013 on-prem / Office 365. Have been running like this for a month or so with no problems. Late last week, we started to receive reports people were getting errors when emailing or network. No changes were done on DNS of any kind. After looking in detail about senders who reported the problem, we noticed they ALL have in common they use G Suite as their email host provider.
The error senders get is that my email server cannot be contacted.
