My device can not synchronize licenses. On mysonicwall.com page I see that my device TZ400 has not downloaded licenses in the last 24 hours. It does not help to manually sync: TZ400 Menu - System - licenses - Manage Security Services Online - Synchronize licenses with www.mysonicwall.com On mysonicwall.com site (for TZ400 device) from a few days is the information: "This device has not downloaded the licenses in the last 24 hours."
I also add that the device probably gets the latest signatures - information comes from the date given with the latest update in the "Security Services" section: "Gateway Anti-Virus", "Intrusion Prevention" and "Anti-Spyware" - Signature Database Timestamp is latest.
Are signatures are true latest?
