Hey all,
We have many users who work from home, they connect to a Sonicwall VPN, and can connect to drives and work fine etc... Simples.
However, I have one user (out of say 20) that can connect to the VPN, but once connected, still cannot access anything on our network. This is what I have looked at so far:
- Issue can be confirmed by not being able to ping the domain controller or any other servers on the work network
- I have confirmed that her home network gateway address and our infrastructure VPN gateway address are different (just in case this causes a conflict)
- She gets an IP address on our infrastructure VLAN successfully.
Not sure what else to check from here, any particular settings need applying on her router etc?
