Dell Sonic Wall TZ300 6.2 SSL VPN - Verifying User...Incrct User/Password Error?

Getting initially connected via SSL VPN on the unit, but then I'm getting the "Verifying User... Incorrect user/password" error. I think I've checked everything. Not sure what to do next.
