Firewall Routing issue [Solved]

OK apologies..but this is a bit long. I Don't post much, read a lot here, comment occasionally. We have a weird routing issue we haven't been able to figure out yet:
Setup (current)
2 sonicwall nsa firewalls
2 wireless radios directly connected to ports in each firewall
Configuration
everyone (any) uses route A with a probe setup on a device only able to ping from route A.
If probe fails, route A deactivates and route B comes up (same probe, but set to disable route when probe succeeds)
this works and has been for a few years.

We recently were able to put up a 3rd radio and would like to divide into 2 groups (which equate to ports on the firewall). Group1 use Route A, Group 2 use route B and both failover to the newest Route C for failover.....simple enough...you would think.

So, 1st, we tested the newest route and left the machines we were...
