Site cant be reached, out of nowhere? Other sites are working.

All the sites use sonicwall devices. No reason seems to be avaible but 1 location is getting this

When they go to our websites CMS page. This page is hosted by a third party and it is up everywhere else and for me. No settings have changed on their sonicwall as I am the one who would have to do it. What do I need to be looking for in the sonicwall to see why this happens?
