I have two customers. One SonicWall I just deployed with Karpel entries on the device, whitelisting URLs, Port Number Services, and Public IP Addresses in Objects, then a public Karpel Address group. Deployed the SonicWall works just fine. The address objects are in the WAN Zone has hosts.
The other I am doing from the ground up for a different customer- same services. Do all the same things- when trying to open a document from the Karpel blob server on the web- it says my port isn't accessible. Went back and compared to the other customer's device- changed the service port to terminal services instead of the custom group of ports in the access rule- still no dice.
I even had two techs from SonicWall remote in and double check the configuration- each making different changes and still no dice.
This is a public server hosted by Karpel not...
