What is going on at SonicWall?
I have a VPN device that is not usable.
opened a case on 9/1 the first contact I got back was a week later and asked for screenshoots.
It’s almost a week (again) should I expect another week to pass before hearing back?
When you farm out your tech support it should at least be responsive, a tech support case that is almost 2 weeks old and I’ve received 1 email in total - 24/7 tech support subscription…what a joke
is everyone else experience with support this bad? I’m glad our devices are up for renewal soon so we can switch
