The goal is to transmit the Wake on LAN magic packets from this office across the VPN tunnels to the remote office LANs.

Four Sonicwall LANs connected by point to point VPN

192.168.0.0
192.168.1.0
192.168.2.0
192.168.3.0
All using 255.255.255.0 Subnet
Sonicwall TZ 400 appliances

I am at 192.168.0.0
I can ping the LAN side of all gateways from here and can ping workstations on the remote networks across the VPNs.

IP Helper enabled
WOL Relay Protocol is enabled. Options are standard and greyed out.

IP Helper Policy for WOL is created.
The only options for From are X0, X1, X2, X5, X6. X0 is LAN, X1, is WAN. All others are unused.
To can be anything. Perhaps this is where I'm going amiss. I have tried various interfaces, but is seems like 192.168.1.0 for example would be the likely choice to broadcast the magic packet to that...
