Sonicwall TZ 500 L2TP over IPSec VPN kept disconnected

Hi All,

First of all, I would like to say thank you in advance for the reach. Now here is my issue.

I’ve setup a L2TP VPN on my sonicwall TZ 500. The problem I’m facing now is whenever the user would transfer data (2TB) from local iMac to editshare media folder (EMS), it kept disconnected after like 3 - 5mins. Then the user will need to reconnect their VPN client and repeat again.

Anyone could help me on this would be much appreciated. Thank you guys.
