Hello all!
When I try to install our TZ300, I'm unable to get internet access. We're also unable to RDP into any of the servers. Unfortunately, I didn't think to try to perform any tests strictly on the LAN side (I'm our "accidental" sys admin and was trying to move quickly since this is our production environment and I don't really have a lab to test/troubleshoot).
Most of my experience is with the TZ170 (SonicOS standard 3.1.0.7) which is a lot less complicated than the TZ300 (SonicOS Enhanced 6.5.1.3). So, my question is: What should I be looking for to troubleshoot the connectivity issue?
Here's what our network looks like:
- Servers are connected to a 24-port unmanaged switch (sorry, I don't remember the model, but I think it's a Linksys)
- The Linksys is connected to a Cisco Catalyst 2950 (I dunno. Has something to do with creating a...
