Hi all,
my company switched from Sonicwall on premise antispam to Hosted Email Security one month ago.
Starting that date, we noticed a lot of problem in the communication between our mailbox and Aruba hosted mailbox.
It happens randomly, not on all messages but ONLY communicating with Aruba smtp; we already have opened some cases (ticket) with Sonicwall and Aruba.. no success... no solutions at this time.
Inbound and outbound emails are rejected at the sender level (message: aborted, rejected... ecc).
We already have checked DNS records, it seems all ok; no clear response from techical support...
Anyone, especially in Italy, have the same problem? I've just found another customer with the same issue and we are looking together for a solution.
