Redoing, Server behind firewall, not on LAN with static IP, routing correct?

Hi

LAN is plugged into X0 (IP is 192.168.168.x)

I have a server plugged into X4 with a static IP of 192.168.1.10.

I want to route all traffic from a specific IP, 64.145.11.142 to that server

Is the NAT policy:

 Original Source 64.145.11.142

 Original Destination WAN Primary IP

 Translated Destination  192.168.1.10

all that is required to make this work (besides the interfaces and firewall rules being defined)?

Is an outbound NAT policy required for an ack to be transmitted back out?
